- How to use mental abilities to defend themselves (pssst... most self defense isn't physical!)

Everyday Self Defense is uniquely designed to help participants improve their personal safety awareness both mentally and physically. Over the years, people who have completed one of Janet Nelson's training sessions have reported improvements in their ability to:

Practice Videos
Janet has a YouTube channel with videos of the same techniques that she teaches in her live presentations. Anyone who has completed a training session is welcome to send an email ([email protected]) that includes the name and email address you used to create a Google+ account (needed for both gmail and YouTube) and the name and date of the training. Then she will provide access to all of the videos on the Everyday Self Defense channel. Students who practice the simple physical techniques will not only get better at the techniques but also increase confidence in their ability to use the techniques.
